My name is Hunter Wood, and I am excited to be working as a strength and conditioning trainer at Flex. Coming from an education and coaching background, strength and athletic training has always been a huge passion of mine. Ive always enjoyed opportunities to help adults and young athletes accomplish their fitness goals.
