OUR TEAM
From our owners to our coaches and personal trainers, each of us shares a passion for giving back to Parker County, working together to help our community thrive both on and off the field.

The Cunningham Family
Brian and Amanda Cunningham are entrepreneurs and business owners residing in Parker County. Brian is a Brock High School graduate, where he played 1st base on the 2006 State Championship team. He continued his baseball career at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and Howard Payne University. Amanda was active in sports throughout her youth and high school years, later becoming a cheerleader at Howard Payne University.

After marrying in 2013, Brian and Amanda returned to Parker County to build their future and raise their family. They now reside in Brock with their two children, Colt and McKendree, who are both actively involved in local youth sports through organizations like Parker County Youth Athletics, Brock Youth Association, and the Weatherford Optimist Club.

Through Flex Sports & Fitness, Brian and Amanda are dedicated to passing on their passion for sports to the next generation, inspiring young athletes to reach their full potential while learning valuable life lessons along the way.
The Morgan Family
Payden and Jaycee Morgan are proud owners of Flex Sports & Fitness, with deep roots in the fitness industry throughout Parker County. Payden is a former baseball player at Lubbock Christian University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. With over 14 years of experience in personal training and managing a non-profit sports and fitness organization, Payden brings a wealth of expertise to FLEX. Jaycee, inspired by her love for fitness and meeting Payden, pursued her career as a certified personal trainer. Her mission is to help others become not only physically stronger but also mentally and spiritually empowered.
Together, they share a passion for building community and helping others achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Their two children, Maylee and Maxden, are active in gymnastics, cheer, football, basketball, and baseball, proudly representing Outlaw Gymnastics and all Brock youth organizations.
The Morgan family is committed to using Flex Sports & Fitness to glorify God’s kingdom and leave a legacy that extends beyond physical fitness.

The Cunningham Family
Mike and Denice Cunningham have been deeply involved in the Brock community for decades. Both of their children, Brian and Bryn, are graduates of Brock High School. Brian was the first baseman on Brock’s 2006 State Championship Baseball Team and went on to play at Howard Payne University. Bryn played volleyball and graduated in 2008; she is now a certified teacher and licensed real estate agent.

Denice, known as "Mrs. C," has been the owner and operator of the Weatherford Schoolhouse since 1994, where she has dedicated herself to educating the community’s children. Her personal mission is to be the “best Christian” she can possibly be. Mike, a CPA in Texas since 1987, has successfully run multiple corporations in the metroplex and has spent decades coaching baseball and soccer in the Brock community.

For Mike and Denice, their greatest accomplishment has been their enduring 40-year marriage to their best friend and raising their two children and five grandchildren. Their commitment to family and the Brock community remains at the heart of everything they do.
